We write to you today with a heavy heart to bring to your attention the current health situation of our dear friend and brother, Mr. Gerald Eke, who has been battling with a severe case of squamous cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer for the past few years. As you may already know, Gerald has undergone multiple excisional biopsy Mohs Surgery and Skin Grafting procedures, but unfortunately, the last pathology results have shown that he requires a corrective surgery to improve his condition.

The surgery that Gerald needs can only be performed overseas at the “MD Anderson Cancer Center” at the University of Texas. The estimated cost of the Surgery, including Pathology, Travel and Accommodation expenses, is around $100,000. This is a significant amount of money that Gerald cannot afford on his own.

We are reaching out to you, our friends and family, to appeal for your help in raising the funds needed to cover Mr. Gerald’s medical expenses. He has always been a kind and generous person, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Now, he needs our help, and we cannot let him face this challenge alone. Gerald has been a fighter throughout this ordeal, but he needs our support now more than ever.

He is a person living with albinism, and the journey has not been an easy one for him. However, he remains hopeful that he will overcome this challenge through your generous financial donations.
