The Commissioner of Police in Osun State, Olawale Olokode has directed the command’s tactical teams to embark on a rigorous and intensive investigation to fish out the perpetrators in order to face the full wrath of the law.
Yemisi Opalola, the command’s Police Public Relations Officer stated this on Friday while reacting to the attack on Oranmiyan House by yet-to-be-identified armed men on Thursday.
Opalola stated that the Commissioner, had paid a visit to the scene of the shooting for an on-the-spot assessment and assured that the perpetrators would be brought to book.
The CP, who admonished political gladiators to play the game according to the rules, also implored members of the public to give timely and actionable information to the police in order to nip criminality in the bud.
“The CP, in his spirited efforts to fight crimes to a standstill, has rejigged the command’s security action plans in tackling any form of crime in the state.”
