About five persons were killed by gunmen in Nchya village of Mangu district in Mangu Local Government of Plateau state on Sunday, August 6.
Eyewitnesses said that the villagers were killed around 1:00am.
Speaking to the publication, an eyewitness, Joshua Musa said members of the community moved the corpses in a pickup vehicle to Mangu town leading to mass protest in Mangu town.
