A female director and a security officer at the (UNTH), Ituku Ozalla in Enugu State, were abducted by unknown gunmen who invaded the hospital on Tuesday, March 12.
The gunmen who are believed to be kidnappers, fled the hospital with the female director and security officer who they forced inside their vehicle. Some workers in the hospital claim that the director was trailed to the hospital around 9 a.m. on Tuesday by the gunmen, who shot at her SUV vehicle.
A video clip showing a Toyota SUV reportedly belonging to the abducted director has been circulating on social media.
The state police command is yet to comment on this development.
